BeeBots
Wednesday, September 9th at 3:00 p.m.

Get hands-on with a robotic bee and find out how to get them from point A to point B(ee). Kids of all ages are welcome at this program.

 

MakerWorld "How to"
Monday, September 14th at 6:00 p.m.

After this informal program, you will be familiar with how to use the 3D printer program MakerWorld. We will demonstrate how to create an account, how to browse for and select print profiles, and how to apply relevant filters to your search. Bring any questions you may have on using this service. 

 

Americana Bells
Tuesday, September 15th from 6:00-8:00 p.m.

Celebrate the 250th anniversary of America by decorating these bell shapes to hang in your home.
All materials are supplied. This program is geared toward adults and older children. Limit of 20 participants. This is a free program. Sign up at the circulation desk or by calling the library at 319-283-1515.

Smart Basic Bike Care

How to Keep your bike rolling.

Join us at the library on Saturday, September 26th at 10:00 a.m.
Watch demonstrations on cleaning & lubing a bike chain, changing a flat tire, patching a tube and truing a wheel.
Our presenters may not be experts, but they are knowledgeable bike enthusiasts eager to share their insights. This informational program welcomes individuals of all ages.
